For an electronically challenged couple, Hi-Fidelity of Lubbock has been such a wonderful answer to our entertainment center's sound issues! Everyone with which we talked or worked has been so professional, so very cordial, most patient and understaning of our many questions, and exceptionally helpful in improving the sound quality of our stereo and television. We are most appreciative of their promptness and attention of our call for service! They are definitely on our "call again list" when needed!

Building a building, (or new home) or moving can often be very stressful. Recently High Point Village built and moved into a new building. The bright spot in this entire project was Hi-Fidelity. They were the consummate professionals at all times. The men who represent Hi-Fidelity were always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. If they said they would be here, they were. We never had to wait on an appointment. They took the time to explain everything they were installing and were quick to tell us to call if we had any questions or problems. I have been amazed at their customer service. They stand behind what they do and with a smile. It was such a pleasure to work with such a dedicated, committed group of people. Something you don't find often today.

I want to thank you for sending the two nice men to straighten out the trouble I was having with my digital cable radio’s reception on my stereo system.

…while they were here, we heard a loud noise in the kitchen… one end of our ceiling light fixture was hanging from the ceiling. The older man immediately examined the situation, they got their ladder out of the [van] and removed the entire light fixture. The butterfly clip bolt had broken through the sheetrock in the ceiling. He then crawled up in the attic, replaced the butterfly bolt and reconnected the kitchen light. That was all a lot beyond the call of duty.

We so appreciated what he did, as it was almost 5:00 PM and… [the light fixture] was literally hanging from the ceiling.
